Learn how to make pasta dough by hand and process it into shaped pasta by hand. Each student will make their own dough and process. We will learn how to make some simple pasta sauces too, cook the pasta, and taste! Matt recommends purchasing a shaping tool (around $10) for class, but it’s not mandatory for participation.
