Learn how to make a variety of dishes from across the Caribbean: Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Haiti, Trinidad.   We will make and feast on tasty examples like tostones, macaroni pie, rice and peas, ceviche, pikliz and jerk!  It’s a taste of the tropics in January!
