Cost: $125 per person (includes all materials)
In this one-day intensive class, students will work with acrylics to produce a painting from a photographic reference featuring typical Eastern Shore landscapes and seascapes or an image the student brings to class. Color-mixing, composition, and painting techniques will be covered during the morning session; after the lunch break, students will select and paint their chosen subjects with individual guidance from the instructor. Basic drawing skills and wearing a smock to protect clothing are strongly recommended. Participants should bring their lunches; a small refrigerator and a microwave are available.
